Accessing IPhreeqC COM from Windows

Please I am having problems with accessing IPhreeqC using python. I keep getting this error message.

pywintypes.com_error: (-2147023782, 'A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.', None, None)

Has anyone encountered the error and how did you fix it

I guess that you already found the solution to your problem...

I found the same, or at least similar problem when switching computers. I solved it by enabling .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows 10.
