Hello, I’m new to PHREEQC. I saw on the PHREEQC website that it can only simulate 1D chemical reactions. I would like to couple PHREEQC with Python to simulate chemical reactive transport in a 3D reservoir. Is this feasible? Thank you.
Best regards.

Hi Calvin,
I am currently working on this topic. I gave a poster presentation at "MODFLOW
and More 2024" [1] with the title "Reactive Transport Modeling with PhreeqPy".
It works but there is still some custom programming required to get the
coupling going. I will publish a new PhreeqPy version with 3D coupling
capabilities. This will probably take a few months. I am open to collaboration
in this field. You are welcome send me more details about your project.
