File permissions wrong on upload

Hallo,

we have some strange problem on uploading files. If a user is uploading a file, the standard file permissions in the new subdefs folder are 750. So the frontend throws 403 forbidden because it has no permissions to open files.

Do you know this problem?

some additional information, if i create on ssh this folder, the permissions are 755...
