Missing images "onhover" and Download size 0 bytes

Hallo,

we have a problem with the "onhover" preview images and the download of the images from phraseanet 4.0.3. There are no errors, but i can not download the pictures and the images are shown only with the placeholder. Does somebody know this issue?

There is no error in Browser and in the Repsonse header is the property "X-SendFile" with the right path, to the right image.

As I understand subview files are not processed.

Is there realy a Problem with the taskmanager if the files are on harddisk and the etags in the database?

Not at all. It's supposed to work as this :

- Captions, path to documents, previews and some others stuff stored in MySQL

- Documents & Subview files in a storage location on hard drive (or mounted storage in the OS)
