Phraseanet unable to create EPS thumbnail and preview

Good morning,
when I upload a EPS file, I cannot see thumbnail and preview. Subviews creation task says "Subdef generation failed for record 127 with message Unable to transmute image to image due to Imagine". Tried with N files.
Can you help me?

Diego, please see the answer to your 2/26 question about having tyo start jobs manually. We ran into that same solution for the same problem of thumbnails not being created automatically.
