Multilingual entries in the thesaurus

Hello again,

Does anybody knows if it is possible to enter a unique value in the thesaurus as multilingual?

Instead of
Bill Clinton [de] ; Bill Clinton [fr] ; Bill Clinton [en]
I would appreciate to use something similar to
Bill Clinton [de|fr|en]

Is that any way to do it?
