Thumbnails and previews not showing

Good afternoon,
I cannot see thumbs and previews in my 4.0 Phraseanet installation.
Preview points to "/assets/common/images/icons/substitution/image_png.png" default image, but file is successfully uploaded.
Also thumb points to same file.
I think permissions on folders are ok, dashboards does not warns me about anything.
In "subviews setup" folders seems to be writable, but folder is empty.
"Subviews creation" task is running.
Can you help me, please?

Hi,
I think I found whats the problem, it took me a while to figure it out.
Go to Admin -> Task Manager
make sure Subview Creation task is working
click on the left side and choose 'edit'
below you will see 'Databox' (above 'record type')
make sure to mark the database you have - created, connected, existing, whatever
save and restart scheduler
Should work now

By default it was working on Demo database and did not when I created and connected another database. Setting this up did the trick
