Installing Phraseanet on a Synology NAS

Could somebody please provide detailed step-by-step instructions on how to install Phraseanet on a Synology NAS?

After spending days and following the documentation to the letter I was not able to get a stable installation.

Mostly to with the task manger which has to be started manually and crashes way too often and Phraseanet depends on outdated version of ffmpeg and a few other requirements.
