Docker production configuration

Good Day, Everyone I have just setup a docker compose Phraseanet on a Ec-2 instance, I am not getting Emails to work and I am not sure if i set it up correctly for Production can i get some help regarding these matters Thanks in advances.

to start with the Email configuration. I am using Gmail to host my email. I setup all the SMTP settings, but I am not getting any emails. When I tested it on Mailhog, it was working, but trying to send outbound on the internet is not working. my firewall is set up correctly and allows outbound traffic on the relevant ports. I am kinda lost as I haven't done this before. I have used SMTP on google colab and it worked much smother.
