Make Document deafult share URL

Could you please tell me how I can make Document the Default share URL

At the moment, I have to click on Advanced Settings and change subview to get the share Document url

The main reason for this is that the system does not always generate a preview, so to bypass this, I just want to share the document URL

Hello Asharq,

Could you give me the version of Phraseanet installed on your system as well as the HTTP server you are using ?

As you pointed, the issue you are facing might be related to subviews not being created. In order to solve this problem :

  1) Start the subview creation task using the task-manager command (Recommended, look at https://docs.phraseanet.com/4.0/en/Admin/Console.html for listing, starting tasks and running the scheduler).

  2) Then go to the Task Manager page on the Admin panel, click on edit on the subview creation task and make sure to mark your databases are checked under Databox.

  3) Restart the scheduler.

 

Repeat the process for the indexation task (only step 1).

Phraseanet version 4.0.9

HTTP server: nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)

all the settings you recommend I have already followed. But the subview creation is very unstable. 

The scheduler does not start anymore...

When I sue the Console command: bin/console task-manager:scheduler:run

it just hangs

so I have to issue a CTRL C command

Here is an error message I get

Any advice on how to fix this? is it the php version we are using?

3) Restart the scheduler.(there is no Console command to re-star?)
