Adding a new collection from the Api

Hello there,

In these last days I've started to work on a process of migrating the files from an another storage to Phraseanet. I've completed the service of sending the files successfully to phraseanet but I want to have the folder hierarchy set as on my other storage and I want to create programmatically the folders which aren't created yet in Phraseanet. Does somebody know if there exists an endpoint for creating the collections or folders via api.
