ROLE: Production Support Lead 

REQUIRED SKILLS: Production Support experience of mission critical applications is necessary. Production support experience in an E-commerce environment will be an added bonus. • At least four - five years of production support experience. • Bachelor’s degree is required. The e-commerce environment is on a platform called Magento. Our preference would be to have a production support person experienced in Magento. However, we understand that it will be difficult to find that skill in the market place. PHP development and production support experience is the next best skill set. Experience with onsite offshore teams in the context of production support is a must.
