Responsibilities | |

ROLE: Sr. Reports Java Architect Job Requirements • Experience in creating and maintaining Crystal reports, COGNOS or similar • Strong skills in implementation and management of Crystal Reports • Experience in Security, scheduling, publishing and performance tuning of Crystal Reports or COGNOS or similar • Strong skills on J2EE Framework and internals of the architecture, including JSP, EJB, SERVLETS, APPLETS, JSF, JDBC, JMS, Transaction services, Logging (Log4J), Thread Management and development of asynchronous java processes • Good knowledge in writing Stored Procedures, Packages, triggers, Views • Experience in understanding system security and how to implement them (Ex, SQL Injections, Cookies etc.) • Experience in analyzing SQL plan • Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA) • Able and willing to be hands-on when needed • Ability to perform code reviews and recommend automated review tools for the project |
