New translation model in phpVirtualBox 4.1-0

Starting with phpVirtualBox 4.1-0, phpVirtualBox uses VirtualBox's translations for most of its text. This reduces the amount of text one must translate for phpVirtualBox to less than 60 items. Only new features added to phpVirtualBox that do not appear in VirtualBox will require translation. This is why there were no translation requests for the new version.

As a result, only languages available to VirtualBox may be translated for phpVirtualBox. The Norwegian translation had to be dropped since VirtualBox has no Norwegian translation :(. The Latin American Spanish translation had to be dropped for the same reason. There is a Spain Spanish translation and I've copied the es_LA translation items to it. I apologize for any inconvenience to the people who translated these 2 languages, but feel that this is best for the project. If you also use the VirtualBox GUI, I suggest that you become translators for VirtualBox. Other translations were migrated without an issue.
