Hi,
I've made a simple script for Debian to start/stop and check status for vboxwebsrv daemon.

Forgot to mention some features:
1. you can change the user and group which vboxwebsrv runs
2. you can change the IP and port on which vboxwebsrv listen
All values that starts with VBOX_XXX from init script can be overwrite in /etc/default/virtualbox file.
