File System List

Hi,
I am having an issue with the file system list that pops up when trying to add an ISO image to a VM. I get the main listing for '/' but I can't expand any directory. I have turned on all the apache and php logging that I can but nothing is recorded, logging is working fine but there are no errors...
Have I missed something in the configuration and/or should be looking somewhere else for an issue ?
