I quite fancy something different, but it depends how much we want to
organise ourselves and how much we are prepared to pay:

Hallo zusammen,

ich finde die Idee sehr gut, hat schon letztes Jahr viel Spaß gemacht! Ich wäre eher dafür, dass wir uns begrillen lassen, so bleibt mehr Zeit für anderes.

Ich fand die Brotfabrik auch gar nicht so schlecht dafür. Nach den letzten Veranstaltungen finde ich sie mittlerweile nicht mehr gut für Events wie Usergruppen (gerade das Verhalten bei der letzten Java UG war eine bodenlose Frechheit der Brotfabrik!) aber das Grillen war ok. Und beim Grillen kann die Küche auch nicht so viel falsch machen.

Moin moin,

begrillen lassen klingt gut. Diesmal ohne Fahrrad :-) Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt an der Brotfabrik ist, dass es dort etwas eng ist, wenn man viele Leute unterbringen will. Kenne leider selbst keine Alternative....

Guys,

If we do go for the BF, we maybe could have stehtische where we sat
last time and put the tables and chairs outside maybe.
they we have more room to mingle but can seat down too.

we have 5 show of hands so far, I think we should aim for about 20 if
we want someone to do the cooking for us.
less is OK for DIY.

Guys,

Great looks liek this will be happening again, that's great !!!
There is no minimum group size, but if we are going to use a
commercial location we would need ~20 people for it to economically
viable.

If anyone want to DIY organise the BBQ & food pls let me know soonish
otherwise I think I will ask the BF.

Either way I suggest we fix a date and put up a doodle that we need to
promote to get the critical mass.

(At the moment I think June looks good.)

Any takers for the DIY orga ??
