Example Web UI of converted Delphi app

Here's an example of an auto-generated UI from a Delphi app that
contains 19 forms. The only thing I added to the converted app's .php
file was a single line of JavaScript to each menu item event handler
that displays a modal form. Most of the menu items that end in ...
will display a modal form. Click the close box in the upper-right to
close a form since nothing else, not even its Cancel button, is
functional at this point. Auto-generating this Web "app" took about 5
seconds.

Loading this may take a few seconds since it's rather large, but it's
a good example of how VCL for PHP can handle even very large pages.
