 * Branching to perform integration of Zend Framework features:
 - Ability to extend PHPSpec_Context methods via plugins
 - Addition of a basic Zend Framework plugin
 - Ability of plugin to perform standard ZF testing for BDD
 - Will utilise PHPMock only as a non-integrated component in examples
