PHPSimpl 0.8.0 RC1 and Promotion Ideas

PHPSimpl 0.8.0 is feature complete and is posted on Google Code. The
release candidate will be up for about a week and we will not be
adding any more features or API changes. We are only concerted with
bug fixed and security issues. Please download it if you are
interested in giving it a try and let us know what you think. The
final will be out in about a week and we are hoping to have a more
feature complete example in it.

On another note the PHPSimpl team is looking for promotion ideas to
get the word out about PHPSimpl. It is a powerful tool with a ton of
features. Best of all it is working, stable and easy to use unlike a
lot of PHP frameworks. We are looking for ideas on how to spread the
word and get more people using PHPSimpl. Any ideas are welcome, from
posting to digg to actually creating an image and marketing campaign
for the project, these can be short or long term. We are going to be
around for a while and 0.8 is not going to be the only release we push
out, we are just developing our solid footing for the project.
