New Database Object

The database functions have been discontinued and replaced with a
database object, "DB". This class can be loaded on its own and gives
the application a greater abstraction for the database. It includes all
the normal mysql database functions plus additional ones designed for
PHPSimpl. It also keeps track of the number of queries that have been
executed throughout the page load. Changing databases it easy by just
passing an extra parameter on the query function and it will not
perform unnecessary change_db() functions if already connected to the
requested database.
