PHPshow has now more features than ever!
Apart from the removal of some design bugs, the script now has support
for individual image descriptions and even links.
That means you can assign every photo in your folder a text and
optionally also a link. These are then displayed along with the picture
during slideshow presentations. In browse mode this information shows up
when the user moves the mouse over a picture for clearness.
All this additional data is stored in xml files.
To make it very comfortable to generate these xml files there is a
listing assistant. You can start it by calling the script with an added
"?lister" (see http://phpshow.panmental.de) for details.
This is perfectly secure, the listing assistant generates a file for you
but you still have to upload it to the server yourself. Nobody gains
write access to your server but you this way!
