I'm going to include this up there as well - my version of what could
be the 0.8.2 code. There are a long list of fixes, cosmetic changes,
additional functions and such - you can read the readme included,
though it's not complete. It's AS IS, I tried to only take credit
where I created something new, so please excuse any oversteps. It's
the base code I use to start a site with.

The big changes - "Store Closed" option, "Full Screen" vs. "Shadowed
Box" layout options, the above fixed are included, and some "Reset"
options in Products, Shoppers, and Orders to clean up after testing so
you can go live
