What file do I need to edit to format the order print view?

it's the same as the order view - just the header and footer aren't included
in the html when sent to the browser (see line 341 of the index.php file).
if you want to have a different printable version, just copy/paste the
order_print.ihtml file (call it order_print1.ihtml for example), reformat it
the way you want it to look, then in the original order_print.ihtml file,
change the link from itself to the order_print1.ihtml file. keep the
"print=1" option so the header and footer don't print.
