getting error when typing phpsh

Not sure why this isn't working now, I had it working before but I messed everything upgrading to mountain lion. so I installed PHP 5.4.9 with php-osx installer and installed phpsh
I did the sudo easy_install readline after the first try failed with the error 'phpsh not found' zsh ...
so I deleted the .phpsh and the .phpsh/history ( when I did a find phpsh nothing showed up, then I did a where phpsh, same results ) 
re installed phpsh in my home directory and redid the install, same error

Can someone help please?
