QR code scan / db publishing

Greetings -

Came across this site and need guidance.

End User here - New database / cloud based project.

We track data for water filtration, we want to publish it to a website.  Each individual location will have its own set of data - if you know Fitbit - that would be a good bench mark for data visualization.

Is Savant a product that facilitates this process of grabbing small amounts of data and seamlessly integrating it into website - and does it allow the sort of data visualization flexibility ?  doesn't have to be Wordpress right?

Also looking for a development team to help get a beta going for this.  We collect data right now using Filemaker 13.
