Package isn't set right in Savant3_Plugin_fester.php

Hi there guys,

I've just run a phpDoc on my project that I'm using Savant for, and the class Savant3_Plugin_fester gets mangled up with the rest of my stuff in the Default package, so I think it needs to be changed to use the Savant3 package for compatibility. I would've done it myself if I knew where the source code was and then submitted a diff/pull request.
