Paginate class and PHP Savant plugins

Hi everyone. I use PHP Savant in every one of my projects because it
gives me power of PHP syntax and advantage of templating engine. So
I've made five PHP Savant plugins and modified SmartyPaginate class
I've used before I've crossed over to the PHP Savant. If you use PHP
savant this is the easiest way to make your site "paginateable". You

Hope other web devs will see that PHP it self is practically
templating engine and start using engines like PHP Savant templating
engine that are much much closer to PHP.
