Old Plugins

I've seen references on other websites to a forms plugin (amongst
others). The links for these are directing to the savant domain but
to pages within a wiki which no longer exists.

Is there a repository for these plugins anywhere?

There's a few included with Savant3, the forms one is a separate
package but is still available:

Thanks Brett, Is the old WIKI available anywhere? I've seen
http://phpsavant.com/yawiki/ referenced but it doesn't seem to be live
anymore
