Windows binaries for release 0.2.0 available

Although the PHP build process on Windows has improved hugely in PHP 5
it may still be too much of a challenge for some. To help, this we have
made available some .dll files for SAM built against some of the most
popular levels of PHP.

Visit http://project-sam.awardspace.com/downloads.htm to see if we have
the version you are looking for. Currently 5.0.5, 5.1.4 and 5.1.6 are
available.

These binaries have been built with the compiler and libraries from the
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 package and you will need to ensure that
the runtime components are installed on the system on which you intend
to use SAM. Links to Microsoft's freely distributable runtime package
are on the website. You will also still need the XMS and, optionally,
MQ client package runtimes and links to these have been included as
well.
