Fade Out of image in jquery

Hi all

i want a fade effect in changing a background image in a div using
jquery. How can i achieve it. My div is given below

.cclass{background : url('images/one.jpg'); }.

When i hover over the div i want a smooth transition from one.jpg to a
background colour red. I want it a slow fade effect. How can i acheive
it.
