paypal integration using phpPayPal.php (NVP)

i am again trying for the Paypal Integration using your class
phpPayPal
which was done last time using the NVP variables , but now it is
giving me this error
Array ( [TIMESTAMP] => 2008-03-04T04:07:49Z [CORRELATIONID] =>
7b7342674ec1d [ACK] => Failure [VERSION] => 2.3 [BUILD] => 512684
[L_ERRORCODE0] => 10002 [L_SHORTMESSAGE0] => Authentication/
Authorization Failed [L_LONGMESSAGE0] => You do not have permissions
to make this API call [L_SEVERITYCODE0] => Error )
why is it so ,, i was tryinh it on my sanbox Account ,, is anything
changed ...........?

Hi Smita,
Nothing has changed in the class since you last posted. Your best bet
is to go to the PayPal Forums for this kind of error.
Everything appears to be working correctly with the class, the problem
is with the credentials you're giving to PayPal.
