Anyone who has joined the group is welcome to post a message that will
be sent out to the rest of the group at any time. Everyone just has to
be aware of one thing: Your first message is moderated. This is
specifically to help eliminate spam and protect everyone's inboxes.
So feel free to post anything you want or start any new group
discussion you want - just know that it may be as long as the next
weekday before your message appears and is actually sent out to the
group unless you have previously posted and had your message accepted.
