Minor Freelance Work

Hi,

I am in a bind, have a project deadline for Monday Morning was wondering if anyone could help me with a small bit of coding - nothing major, just I'm out of time.

I am using Wordpress and Twitter Bootstrap on a custom theme. I need a responsive slider, with a form that over lays the slider. The form pulls up or slides down on click of a button.

I'm also using Wordpress wp_nav_menu to generate the navigation, but I am trying to integrate into twitter bootstrap menu, but need it also to have a sub navigation. 

If anyone is interested in helping me out with these two small things ASAP, could you fire me your cost and confirm you can do it by Monday (but sooner the better so I can work it in to my theme).
