is anyone knows how to enable splash screen on php desktop chrome? if yes tell me how I can implement that?

Hi Mohamed,

I am not sure if this fits your expectation, 

but simplest solution  will be: just create HTML Welcome Page 

then paste it in www directory

and file: settings.json modification in line "www_directory": "www/MyWelcomePage"
