What happens when you open that PDF file in Google Chrome, does printing work?

Can you reproduce the issue with cefclient? See https://code.google.com/p/phpdesktop/wiki/KnowledgeBase#Feature_X_works_in_Google_Chrome,_but_doesn't_work_in_PHP_D

Try testing branch 2171 (Chrome 39) and additionally the latest branch 2272.
