Join as php developer

Hi,

phpDays is a very interesting project and I would like to join it as
php developer.

I come from Russia but since 2000 I live and work in Germany as web
developer for the portal www.arcor.de. So I have deep knowledge and
much expierence in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and also
in XML, XSLT. I also have got knowledge in php and Java and databases
(MySQL). I’m a Sun certified Programmer for Java.

I can speak and write Russian, German and English.

I hope, I could be useful for the project. I have already downloaded
phpDays and after some tries I could see the project’s start page.

I describe you role as "Developer, Helps translate documentation on
Russian, English and German". Maybe need add additional roles for you?

Please, help me move good ideas from YII framework (http://
www.yiiframework.com/doc/api/). Now I start implemenation of 2
components: Validator and Event.

Hello,

thank you for adding me to the project.

I installed the yii framework and read a little about it. On the following page are listed validators supported by yii:
http://www.yiiframework.com/doc/guide/form.model

What of them should be implemented? What parameters for the check method should we use? I would take at first following:
- email
- length
- numerical
Could we add one parameter for the type of validation (number, string, etc.)? Is it so as by yii that they have one base validator class and all the other validators derive from him?

Please let me no how I can commit the code to the project and what IDE do you use.
