Relation "tables" in Cassandra

I develop one DB Cassandra scheme for a news feed. I dont understand how to associate "tables". For example, can i associate two tables across key row and one key of column?

And please, explain me, what is a super column? For what and when need to create column name with a such schema:

name User|timestamp

If you have some example for start how to create tables in cassandra for news feed - share please!
