File-upload by PHP

Here is a simple form to upload files with different extension and different sizes.

Instructions:

Step1. Unpack and move php_file_upload folder to www

Step2. Run this file uploadform.html under localhost

Step3. Try to upload a image file with 5.0MB capacity.
