Try this editor with ajax image upload

Also attached with this email.

Steps
  1. Download, unpack and move fckeditor_imageupload folder to WWW
  2. Run this page http://localhost/fckeditor_imageupload/fckeditor_test.php
  3. Try to write and format some text
  4. Try to insert an image, upload by file manager
  5. Check uploaded image in uploaded folder
