PHP CMS

Hi everyone,

I'm Stefan, from Serbia. My friends and I are working on a huge website, and we need an CMS with admin panel, membership, news feeds, surveys etc. It's an project and we need it to be at maximum security, that's why we don't wanna use free CMS's such as php-nuke. As well, it must be in written in PHP + MySQL so I can modify and write what we need. I'm not a good programmer to write an CMS, and I do not have time to learn how to do it, but I can put that price in budget of our project. My question is - how much money for an CMS like this?

thanks for feed back, but we are limited with 500 euros for programming. So far, we have an offer from Belgrade that we can support with our budget, and its about 300 euros. But even so, with this crisis I think we can find a better offer.

Ibrahim,

yeah, I know if it is open source, a lot of people who finds a bug helps fixing it. Thats exactly the point. A lot of people can find bugs, and a lot of people knows about those bugs, and with a content with about 60000 pages and 40000 downloads I cannot take that risk. :( It will take us another month or two to restore everything in order.

How? We will hire a group of testers (hackers) to try to break into the system. I have already talked to them, its legal, cheap, and they are the best in Serbia. ;) At first, I wanted to buy theirs CMS, but it is not for sale. They recommended this...
