note 73221 added to function.ftp-put

Im using FTP_put and it seems to upload the file to the server but when I look at the file through another ftp program the file size is always topped out at 512. I've used the FTP_pasv command but nothing seems to change.

The file size Im trying to upload is 3 meg. I've used the set_ini options to increase upload_max_filesize but this doesn't help either.

It is saying that the file is uploaded successfully.
