I gave you response during our last usergroup meeting in January.
The offical invitation for PHP Doc Meeting will be announced here within the
next days - currently we wait for the ok from the conference hotel.

Also there were some suggestions to move this meeting to 16/17 march, cause
some people like to visit CeBit in Hannover too, and could combine both
events.
