To report on what?
Or you mean something like crystal reports where you can make up your
own stuff?
crystal reports supports odbc so will be able to hook into mysql.

You can check out Ubiq (http://ubiq.co). It is a web based reporting tool for MySQL. You can create MySQL reports without any programming.
