Apache solr installation on Shared Hosting account

Hello Group

We are going to setup Apache solr search in www.toplocal.in our domain and we have question is can we install the Solr in Shared Hosting account?
Is there any particulate help link where we can work step by step.

I don't think you can, but you shall ask your hosting provider. You'll need to setup the Solr Server and the Solr PECL extension, so most probably the shared hosting provider wont allow that.
