Hello,
I'd nice to add a note to the manual at https://arnaud.le-blanc.net/php-rdkafka-doc/phpdoc/rdkafka.installation.windows.html
Adding librdkafka.dll next to php.exe is not enough.
There must be put also librdkafka.dll's dependencies and they are:
libssl-1_1-x64.dll
libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
These came from openssl 1.1.1.
