Outline version 1.0-rc1 has been released, with very minor changes the
existing codebase.
No bugs were reported in the previous version, and Outline has been in
production usage for over a year in an existing system, so I decided
to freeze the API and label it "1.0".
After about 3 years of experimenting, tweaking, tuning and design, I
am finally willing to officially declare this "production quality"
software - hopefully this means more user activity and more feedback
in the future!
