We're just setting up our EventBrite and website now, but the details will be as follows:-

Title: Silex: from nothing, to an API

Summary: Silex is a micro-framework, built on top of Symfony components, which can be used for rapid development of prototypes, API's and full scale applications. To show how easy it is to use Silex, I'll be showing you how the Silex can used to setup a basic API with GET, PUT, POST and DELETE actions.

Speaker: Chris Kemper

Summary: Chris Kemper is a Developer and author, based in Newcastle with over 5 years in the industry. He's worked on a variety of projects build upon various different codebases, involving Drupal, Codeigniter, Silex and also custom code. He's also partial to pies and beer, because both are delicious.
