However, it does not run on my windows server 2016 (It has alerady isntaled .net 4.6.2)

any idea of wnat to do?

This has now been resolved was caused by a missing dependency in my attempt to clean the code up. New release is tested on server 2016 and is working.

I recommend an uninstall v1.3.0 and then install v1.4.0 but should work as an upgrade
