Remove one default module being enabled

Hi all, just to ask, within this release of the manager, will php_mysql.dll not be enabled by default when adding a new version of PHP?

Reason I ask is that of course it was depreciated within PHP 7 (mysqli became the new norm) and so I always get errors because I forget to remove it from the list till afterwards.

PHP Manager 2.0 resolved this in Aug 2018, and you are welcome to upgrade to the latest 2.9,
